# Getting Support
The SEQ platform offers a support system within the platform. You can use Tickets for any questions and requests about the SEQ Platform.
# Tickets
Click on the "question mark" icon on the top-left of your screen to access the support link.
Click on the "NEW TICKET" button on the support page to create a ticket for your request.
When creating a new ticket, you can select the ticket type, the level of urgency, and the possible watchers for the ticket. You can also add an attachment to your message. Your support request could be related to a feature request, an analysis request or a bug report. Our specialists will be automatically assigned to solve the problem right away.
You can see your previous tickets and their status on the "Support" page. You will receive an e-mail when the status of your ticket changes.
