The settings page varies according to the account type. You can find more information about account types in the Account Structure section.

# User and Site Settings

# User Settings

All user accounts can access and edit user settings. User settings only affect your user account, and users can change the following information:

  • Personal Settings
  • Location
  • Password
  • Enable/disable two-factor authentication

# Two-Factor Authentication

You can enable two-factor authentication for improved security. Under User Settings/Two-Factor Authenticaion, click "Enable" and follow the instructions on your screen. To disable, click on "Disable".

# Site Settings

Standard user accounts can view the site settings. However, only master user accounts can alter the following site settings:

  • Pipeline Settings (applicable only for new uploads)
  • Variant Filtering Settings
  • Additional Settings

# SEQcredit History

All user accounts can access the SEQcredit history. Depending on the type of account your center has, you can also access the following types of SEQcredit history:

  • Your Site: Shows the SEQcredit summary and the SEQcredit history of your center.

  • Clients: Shows the SEQcredit summary and the SEQcredit history of your clients.

  • Sub Sites: Shows the SEQcredit summary and the SEQcredit history of your subsites.

# Administration

  • Your Site: Only master user accounts can access this section. You can check the user information and log in as standard users in your center. User accounts can have the following roles:

    • Standard (Regular)
    • Master
    • Site User
  • Sub Sites: You can access this section if your center is a master center.
    Master user accounts can log in to sub-sites, while standard user accounts can view details of sub-sites.
