# Account Dashboard
When you log in to your account, your account dashboard will welcome you. On the left, you will see the links for sample upload, SEQ's variant page, a list of your uploaded samples, your runs, and your custom analyses. You can also see your latest samples and runs. You can also find the latest news from Genomize in this section.
To the right, you will see a few informative graphs and numbers:
- The “Analysis counts” section shows the number of samples uploaded to the SEQ Platform within the last 12 months and their status.
- The “Analysis states” graph shows the status information for all your samples in the SEQ Platform.
- The “Team performance” graph shows the box plots for the analysis resolution time. Your analyses can be resolved as either diagnosed or undaignosed.
- The “Team performance by panel type” graph shows the same information in a stratified by panel size manner.
# Account Structure
Within the SEQ platform; unlimited user accounts can be defined under each center account. The data is shared among the users of the same center.

There are 2 types of users in SEQ. The master user account and standard user account.

# Center Types
# Master/sub-centers
A center can be defined as a master center. A master center can have multiple sub-centers. The Master users of a master center can log in to sub-sites, upload data, and analyze data. Sub-centers can not access the data of other sub-centers or the master center. This is typically useful for service laboratories that assist their partners/customers with a sample upload and/or analysis.
# Commercial Providers
A center can also be defined as a commercial provider. Other centers, where a provider is set up, may forward the payment to their commercial provider. A provider can have multiple centers, and a center can have multiple providers.
