We as Genomize Bilişim ve Biyoteknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Genomize”) respect to the right of privacy. Therefore, we would like to inform you about processing and protection of personal data and data subjects’ rights within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law", "KVKK").

A- Data Controller

We process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of KVKK and other relevant regulations.

B- The Processing of Personal Data and Legal Basis For Processing

The Privacy Notice is about the personal data of the data subjects (visitors-users) at https://genomize.com/ There is information that we must provide in order to offer our services to you. You can see an asterisk (“*”) next to the information that must be given. Apart from the necessary information, all kinds of information are the information you can optionally submit.
Your personal data in the categories of identity, communication, customer transaction, transaction security, professional experience and marketing are processed within the scope of the following purposes, based on the legal reasons specified.



C- To Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred and for Which Purposes

Your personal data shall be transferred without providing explicit consent of the data subject if required or requested by Articles 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• In order for the Company to carry out its legal obligations with relevant public institutions and private institutions.
• With our business partners, suppliers, and shareholder within the scope of the fulfillment of our Company operational activities and execution of our commercial activities.
• With related person, Institution, Organization or Contracted Companies within the scope of fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• With our lawyers within the scope of confidentiality obligation in order to follow the legal processes.
• With the notary public, enforcement offices and/or courts so as to follow the finance and accounting processes within the scope of collection of fees for products and services.

D- Collection Method of Personal Data

Your personal data will be obtained verbally, in writing or electronically through the following methods, based on the legal reasons set out in Articles 5 of the KVKK, to fulfill the purposes in paragraph (B) of this text:

• By sending an e-mail, contacting by phone, visiting websites
• Filling and submitting the forms in the "Demo Account Request” “Contact” and “Career” sections at https://genomize.com/
• Collecting your personal data by transmitting information to us within the scope of contract negotiations

E- Collection Method of Personal Data

The KVKK's Article 11 states that data subjects have rights. In accordance with your rights as outlined in Articles 11, 13 (1) of the KVKK and the Communique on the Principles and Procedures for Application to Data Controller, you may submit your requests by filling out the "Data Subject Application Form" with all the necessary information.

• The Data Subject Application Form shall be completed and a signed copy there of shall be delivered by hand, or sent via a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: “Rumelihisarı Mahallesi Bebekyolu Sokak No:2-5-303 Sarıyer İstanbul”
• The Data Subject Application Form may be sent via the email adress of relevant data subject, which is registered in our systems currently to genomize@hs01.kep.tr
• by sending an email to the info@genomize.com address with a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or (if any) an email address that has previously been registered in our systems and reported to our company.
• Or any of the strategies that the Personal Data Protection Board anticipates using could be applied in the future.

You have the right to revoke your explicit consent at any time for the processing of your personal data in addition to the rights outlined in Article 11 of the KVKK.

F- Changes and Updates

The Privacy Notice has been prepared within the scope of the Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant regulations. Changes may be made to compliance when any legislative change comes into force or and/or personal data processing purposes and policies.

B- Kişisel Verilerin Hangi Amaçla İşleneceği ve Hukuki Sebebi

İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, https://genomize.com/ adresindeki ilgili kişilerin (ziyaretçiler-kullanıcılar) kişisel verileri hakkındadır. Size hizmetlerimizi sunabilmemiz için temin etmemiz gereken bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Verilmesi gereken bilgilerin yanında yıldız işareti (“*”) görebilirsiniz. Gerekli bilgiler dışında her türlü bilgi isteğe bağlı olarak iletebileceğiniz bilgilerdir.
Kimlik, iletişim, müşteri işlem, işlem güvenliği, mesleki deneyim, pazarlama kategorilerindeki kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlar kapsamında, belirtilen hukuki sebeplere istinaden işlenmektedir.



C- Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Amaçla Aktarılabileceği:

Kişisel verileriniz, aşağıda belirtilen amaçlar ile KVKK’nın 8 (2) (a) maddeleri uyarınca gerekmesi ve talep edilmesi halinde açık rızanız aranmaksızın aktarılacaktır:

• Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirebilmesi amacıyla, ilgili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile paylaşılacaktır.
• Şirket operasyonel faaliyetlerimizin yerine getirilmesi, ticari faaliyetlerimizin yürütülmesi amacıyla iş ortaklarımız, tedarikçilerimiz, hissedarlarımız ile paylaşılacaktır.
• Sözleşmesel yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla ilgili kişi, kurum, kuruluş ya da anlaşmalı firmalar ile,
• Hukuki süreçlerin takip edilebilmesi amacıyla sır saklama yükümlülüğü çerçevesinde gerektiği kadar avukatlarımız ile,
• Ürün ve hizmetlere dair ücretlerin tahsilatı kapsamında finans ve/veya muhasebe işlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla noter, icra daireleri ve/veya mahkemeler ile paylaşılacaktır.

D- Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi:

• E-posta iletisi gönderilmesi, telefon araması ile iletişime geçilmesi, internet sitesinin ziyaret edilmesi,
• https://genomize.com/ adresi içerisinde “Demo Hesap İsteği” “İletişim” ve “Kariyer” bölümünde bulunan yer alan formun doldurularak tarafımıza bilgilerin iletilmesi
• Platform’a üye olan Kullanıcı tarafından bilgilerin sisteme girilmesi suretiyle kişisel verilerinizi toplamaktayız.

E- İlgili Kişi Hakları

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında, ilgili kişi olarak haklarınız bulunmakta olup bu haklarınız ile ilgili taleplerinizi İlgili Kişi Başvuru Formu ’nda belirtilen bütün bilgileri doldurmak suretiyle KVKK’nın 11. maddesi ile 13. maddesinin 1. fıkrası ve Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ gereğince,

• “Rumelihisarı Mahallesi Bebekyolu Sokak No:2-5-303 Sarıyer İstanbul” adresindeki Şirketimize bizzat gelerek
• genomize@hs01.kep.tr şeklindeki kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresimiz üzerinden,
• güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza ya da (varsa) tarafınızca daha Şirketimize bildirilen ve sistemlerimizde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle info@genomize.com adresine elektronik posta göndererek
• veya gelecekte Kurul’un belirleyeceği diğer yöntemlerle iletebilirsiniz.

KVKK’nın 11. maddesinde belirtilen haklara ek olarak, kişisel verilerinizi işlenmesine dair açık rıza vermeniz halinde, söz konusu açık rızayı dilediğiniz zaman geri alma hakkınız bulunmaktadır.

F- Değişiklik ve Güncellemeler

İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve ilgili sair mevzuat kapsamında hazırlanmıştır. İlgili yasal mevzuat ve/veya kişisel veri işleme amaç ve politikalarında meydana gelecek değişiklikler doğrultusunda bahse konu aydınlatma metninde gerekli değişiklikler yapılabilir.
